GIVING BACK | House of Diffa

Thrilled to have handed this piece over to House of Diffa today for the House of Diffa Arabesque Silent Auction to be held on May, 6th, 2017.

Acrylic on 36" x 36" Canvas | I'm Still Standing

Hope to see you there!

GIVING BACK | This One's for the Children

I am so blessed to be able to GIVE BACK to several fantastic causes and organizations.

This one....this one is extra special, because it directly impacts my kiddo.

I homeschooled my son throughout his educational career until last year, when he entered 5th grade.
We were extremely nervous about "sending him off" to a formal school, but we believed in our hearts it was the right time and the right place.

IT WAS!

We have found a family at Holy Trinity Catholic School in Dallas.
It's a gem of a school in uptown!!!
We have been graciously welcomed by the teachers, staff, students, and parents at Holy Trinity.
We love being a part of this school and to witness our child flourish here.

This year, I am honored to have the below piece in the auction at the school's gala on February 25th.

Acrylic on 36" x 36" Canvas Framed in Silver Leaf Floater Frame | This One's for the Children

The money raised will be put towards financial scholarships and the enhancement of the science and technology programs.

Tickets to the gala can be purchased HERE.

I look forward to seeing some of you there!

GIVING BACK : JoJo Goes Red

I believe a DASH of GLAMOR and

SPRINKLE of REALITY

makes everything... SIMPLY... DIVINE.

But, Heart Disease isn't GLAMOROUS.

I should know.... I am a Heart Disease Survivor!

You can read a little bit about my Heart Story here.

I also paint to help fight heart disease.

Hence, this painting:

Acrylic on 36" x 36" Canvas | Rhythm of My Heart | Available at the Dallas Go Red Luncheon Silent Auction

"Rhythm of My Heart" will be available at the Dallas Go Red Luncheon on Friday, February 3rd.
All proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association.

Go HERE to purchase your ticket(s) for the luncheon!

Friday, February 3rd is also National Wear Red Day!

I will be wearing red to help support the fight against heart disease in women.

To find out more information on the Go Red for Women Movement and heart disease prevention go here to the American Heart Association website.

Heart disease is the #1 Killer of Women in America.

1 out of 3 women will die from heart disease.

It kills more women than all the cancers combined!

Will you join me in GOING RED?
