Boy.... life sure has been quite busy and quite adventurous [life changes].

We ended our lovely summer with a BRILLIANT trip to London!

It was our first time to visit and we had the pleasure of taking our kiddo... what a blast! I will have to share some photos at a later date. Such wonderful memories!

Then.... kiddo headed off to school.

But, not just like every year. 

This year is his first time in a formal school setting. 

We said good-bye to homeschooling... WHAT. A. CHANGE!

But, WHAT. A. BLESSING!

And then, it was my 40th Birthday.  

The BIG 4-0!

And that was fun... ha!

And now, we are settling into our new norm.

The transition has been pretty smooth and we are all getting into the swing of things.

I've had a few things inspire me these last few days.

First.... my peonies. They are opening up just lovely enough for a special dinner guest tomorrow night.

I love how vibrant pink the peonies are, but yet they have the lighter more subtle pink hue.

Secondly, I LOVE how these peacock feathers are just electrifying and radiant with pink, blue, green and golds.

I LOVE all the natural texture in both!
Simply gorgeous!

SALE and Marbled Framed Prints

There is no doubt I have an obsession with Marbled Framed Prints.

I have a large pair framed and hanging in my bedroom.

I chose the black, gold, gray and white colorway.

They make me swoon every time I see them. The movement is just so hypnotic.

I have a space located inside Lost...antiques in the Dallas Design District and this weekend {well, starting today Friday (6/28) through Sunday (6/30)} they are having a MAJOR SALE!

The color movement in the pieces are just so fluid and tranquil. 

It doesn't matter the colorway.... they are breath-taking!

I have had these pieces in my home for awhile now. 

I LOVE them!

I have changed the frames to this thick white border... and it just makes the pieces pop!

I have a colorway of pink and greys available at my space at Lost...Antiques. They, too, are framed in a 2" white border.
